SERVICES PROVIDED:

The North San Joaquin Water Conservation District provides groundwater management through conjunctive use of groundwater and surface water.

DESCRIPTION OF DISTRICT:

1.    Formed in 1948

2.    Enabling Act:    California Water Conservation District act of 1931

3.    Governing Body:  Each director on the Board is elected to office by the registered voters located within each division.
